Hello, my name is Pamela, and I am a U.S.-based, English speaking professional who loves to assist individuals and businesses with a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, website design and maintenance, social media creation and posting, blog posting and copyediting, project management, document preparation, transcription, and office management and bookkeeping.

I have over 20 years of professional experience, primarily in the insurance and legal fields, in administrative support; project management; regulatory compliance; reviewing and analyzing laws, documents, and case files; and writing and editing correspondence, reports, and policies and procedures. I have strong organizational, analytical, research, writing, proofreading, and customer service skills with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and processes quickly.

Work Terms

I do not have set office hours, I get work done when it needs to get done. I communicate via Guru, e-mail, and/or Skype.
For WordPress website design services, 50% is due upfront, and remainder at time of delivery.
For all other projects, payment is due weekly if I am billing hourly for my time, or based on milestones for a flat fee project.
