Advanced Technologies Patent Applications

Over twenty years of experience as a Patent Attorney handling U.S. and foreign patent prosecution in the fields of electronic, electrical, optical, computer, and mechanical arts, with related patent searching and infringement opinions. In addition, over fourteen years of progressive engineering experience in the proposal, development, and fabrication of military, commercial, and space Flight Vehicle Systems. This includes technical competence in machining and fabrication processes, mechanical design and analysis, radar system operation and testing, design and fabrication of electronic and microwave systems, and communication networks. Educational background includes graduate Electrical Engineering and Physics courses. This enables me to prepare Patent Applications in advanced technical fields that present a challenge to most patent practitioners.
