Communication is my job and I love my work!

I take pride and enjoy creating materials that help people understand and learn: manuals, training programs, white papers, drafts of personal essays, business correspondence, etc.

I have spent over 20 years in training and development as well as in academic research and writing. My areas of expertise include instructional design using the client's materials as well as developing training programs from scratch. In addition, I have experience in business process analysis & organizational development. Finally, I have over decades worth of experience in academic research and writing in the social sciences (Communication, Sociology, Anthropology, etc).

I am very experienced with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.

Work Terms

My hours are flexible depending on client need but I generally work up to 40 hours over a 5 day week. If a job requires a quick turn around, I am happy to negotiate a reasonable fee to help meet your needs.

If you need real time chat, I am usually available 3pm to 10pm Eastern (New York) Time. If that is not convenient, I'm happy to try to find a time that will work for both of us.
