I am a certified licensed professional educator, who is currently teaching, and enjoys side projects to do something with my insomnia.

I am Google infused within Google Apps for Education (GAFE), and this includes, but not limited to, the following: Google Classroom instruction, Google Suite of Sheets, Docs, Slides, Sites, and Google Apps Scripts (GAS).

Additionally, I utilize and BETA Test many instructional and non instructional technology products, applications, software, and hardware. I have BETA tested many CODIE Awards winning educational programs.

Among my expertise include Universal Design for Learning (UDL) along with the blended-digital learning environments to help enhance student learning and personalize the students path as a means to differentiate instruction.

As an educator, I have had the pleasure to co-create a curriculum program, design and implement the curriculum design, along with assessments, planning and preparation, and instruction; including, but not limited to the following:
* Special needs students and English Language Learners
* Communicating to students the expectations for learning, content, directions and procedures, and use of oral and written language.
* Engaging Students in Learning via activities and assignments, instructional materials and resources, and structuring the lessons with proper pacing.
* Utilizing Assessment in Instruction to assess a criteria, monitor student learning, provide feedback to students.
* Planning and setting instructional outcomes with clarity, balance, sequence and alignment with objectives as well as adapt for the suitability of diverse learners.
* Designing Coherent Instruction for learning activities, instructional materials and resources, instructional groups, and structuring lessons.

Work Terms

All money items are negotiable, for I am not hurting for money as I am a teacher with time off during the Summer (United States - Arkansas: End of May to Early August), I often look for projects to help others as I really enjoy helping anyone enhance themselves or others within an educational, teaching, and learning environment. Additionally, I am a geek at heart, and I enjoyable technology as much as I enjoy helping others and continuing my never-ending pursuit for learning as well as enhancing myself & knowledge. Therefore, I think anyone that takes me up on an offer would find it best to just email me, and tell me what you are working with as I will generally take what you think is a fair price for the work. Moreover, if I propose to do a project of some kind, my intentions are based on my interest in the area or concept for which you need help or assistance with, and as most educators will tell you, motivation will often lead to a greater chance of success than those less motivate or only motivated by extrinsic reasons.
