I am an adept onsite and remote operations lead trainer, under Remotasks Bootcamp, I have a well-rounded skill set in leading and supporting large teams, coordinating with clients on project issues and suggestions, and working with different departments to meet daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual targets.

I have worked remotely and physically, managing up to approximately 2500 taskers, and 50 trainers along with 21 physical sites in Davao City and Cagayan de Oro City. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in interpersonal communication, decision making, and problem solving.

Work Terms

I prefer payments made on a weekly basis for the first trial months and after we get comfortable with each other, we can move it to twice a month. My preferred communication is through Skype or Email.
