  My project was completed by Peace Star and some time ago I left really positive feedback that truly reflected their great performance. However, a small glitch developed with the website after the project was finished and I asked Peace Star to resolve the issue. They agreed, no problem. However, I went overseas during this and did not have the website access credentials. Peace Star waited patiently three weeks for me to return then resolved the problem within 1 day. What can I say? If you ever need a developer to do well by your project, the Peace Star profile during my project has been simply excellent. No matter what I asked them to do, long after the last payment had been made, they came back and fixed it. That is just excellent service. I thoroughly recommend Peace Star.

  The Peace Star team completed my project just as I wanted and then some. I am giving them very high scores across all categories with a small reduction for timeliness (though that was probably more to do with unforeseen changes and a bit of looseness in the spec). Above all, when things started to go a bit awry in the project, as all projects experience, the Peace Star team stuck with it relentlessly, amazing. I've been on other projects where the projects have been abandoned or massively delayed for one reason or another, but Peace Star just wanted to solve the problems to my satisfaction. This kind of focus and customer service are really rare. Communication was tops, although we were communicating from different continents and time zones and exclusively by email. No gaps in contact, every email answered within the day, often within the hour. We did meet unexpected problems, but Peace Star resolved them usually very quickly but always creatively and well. Peace Star gets genuine top marks from me and I do not hesitate to recommend them for other projects.
