Profit Logics was founded by Susan Fessenden, a 25 year veteran of business management. She started her career in accounting, moved into financial analysis, and soon broadened her scope to include operations, marketing, and executive leadership. In roles including Interim CEO and VP of Operations for small businesses and start-ups, she led all departments and teams to execute on overall business strategy, and effectively drove projects and initiatives to success through facilitating collaboration, and by instilling passion and motivation. Being her second small-to-midsize business growth consulting business, Profit Logics brings all of her experience together into one toolbox: The Grows Profits™ Program. Based on 5 business questions, the program is flexible and easy for organizations of any size, stage, or industry to apply to their business growth objectives.
