Phil was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He never complained when project issues ended up harder then originally perceived. He suggested alternative means to fix several issues and did extra programming without ever asking more than agreed amount. Although project was not completed in original time discussed, we had some misunderstandings (mostly my poor explanations) and the project was done exceptionally well.
