Qualsoft charges USD 1800-2000 per month for .Net programmers. This includes the effort required for quality assurance, solution architecture design and client coordination.
There is a design phase in which a half time Project Manager and 1-3 Full Time Engineers are allocated. The design phase generally requires about 1 month. The cost of the design phase is typically USD 2000-3000. We insist on freezing scope, screens, logic and design sign-off. In the implementation phase there are likely to be 2-8 programmers allocated for 2-6 months and they bill @ USD 1800 per month.
