Hi, I'm Lynn & I have been working as a virtual assistant on email and chat support for different clients both on Upwork and outside Upwork for several years now and most of the projects on Upwork and some outside of Upwork were customer support job for e-commerce businesses that involved confirming and verifying orders through live chat, phone and emails, and processing orders, cancellation, and refund, and reactivation of membership of customers. I used Zendesk and Cerberus platforms for email and tickets, Live Chat, Livezilla and Zopim for chat and Magento, Spree and Shopify for order processing, as well as various CRM's for all my past and up to the present work on email and chat. My recent job is as a part time customer support role doing emails and chat for a service website.
