My name is Richard Hughes.
I am have been in the software industry for 10 years with experience in many different types of customer solutions. These include web applications, server side services, CMS, data management systems, mobile applications and games.
My customers have included small to large businesses. The solutions developed helped them to streamline, improve and automate business processes. This resulted in greater efficiency and visibility for the work.
Personally, I am an avid games programmer and am constantly looking into the latest technology. I have a great interested in multi-threaded applications and love to focus of both speed and memory based optimizations.
I am a hard and thorough worker who loves a challenge. The work completed is always of a very high standard, both from a usability and technical point of view. Although I am not an artist, I strive to make the solutions I create visually appealing and easy for the end user to use.
I am of British origin but spend a lot of time in China due to family.
