MAIN PURPOSE :
- To deliver validated products with optimum efficiency with respect to quality, cost and delivery for organizational growth.Design & Development of Rotary Equipments (agitator,Lobe-pump) through advance product planning system.
- Design & Development of Rotary Equipment through advance product planning system.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Systematic approach to new product development through various input method, preparation of concept realization, APQP, Development plan, Pre-design calculation & Simulations(FEA), Competitors Product & Process Benchmarking.
- Preparation of 3D model and 2D drawings.(Agitator& Lobe pump )
- Checking and review of engineering data prior to release.
- Preparation of product structure and drawing release (Agitator& Lobe pump)
- Product validation with all related data and documents.
- Coordination with manufacturing for different trouble shootings for product realization as well as customer complaints.
- To review the design and engineering changes for various requests; to release respective notes with amendments of drawings and product structure in lieu with discussion and approval of group head.
- To predict the anticipated different problems; take proactive actions to avoid them and keep group head informed
- Root cause analysis for trouble shooting through 8D
- To motivate and enhance technical knowledge of team members through appreciation and internal trainings.
- Carry out improvement processes like Poka-Yoke, Kaizen, 5's.sap
- To control & maintain Design data & upload in to library of wind-chill server.
- Cost Estimation Of Product.
ACHIEVEMENTS IN IDMC:
- Developed lobe pump as an indigenous product .
- Developed a special type of Agitator.
