Work Terms

Working Hours: We are available 24x7 to our clients as per their convenience.
We assign a single point of contact to each of our client. Single point of contact (SPOC) is responsible to maintain an effective, quick and clear communication with you all the time and take care of all your queries and feedback.

Payment Terms: There are two ways in which you can hire dedicated resources for your project i.e. on (i) Hourly Basis and (ii) Fixed Price basis.

Basically hourly based project model is suitable to those who are not sure of their requirements and cannot freeze their requirements initially. In case you opt for hourly basis, you will be required to pay the upfront amount of at least 80 hours. If your project/work will be completed within 80 hours, we will provide you the credit note for the rest of the time which you may use as per your convenience.

In case of fixed price, you will be required to freeze the requirements and specifications prior to the commencement of the project. In his project model, you will be required to pay an upfront amount of 30% to 50% depending upon the total decided price of the project and the complexity of the project. Rest of the amount will be paid in installments. Installment will be paid each time we achieve the pre-decided milestone.
