As a company who has been in business 20+ years, we always prefer before providing a proposal to have a conversation with the client to discuss requirements. Prior to engaging, we will provide a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines the tasks to be completed, the completion criteria, and deliverables along with the compensation terms.
