Professional Project Manager / Enterprise Software Architect

Sirrah Development Inc specializes in consulting with our clients in determining if their system is cost effective and in line with the company's budget. We determine if there need to changes in software, system or hardware by analysis of the business operation and thru conversation with stakeholders in each department effected. In some cases we come in and manage on going projects that are met to make these changes and other times we are the driving force in developing and designing the changes needed to return the business's ROI to where they want it be. That includes rebuilding database systems, data warehousing, migration to Cloud system.

Work Terms

Hours of operation from 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday. Payment terms, 35 to 40 dollars per hour for Project management contracts up to six months in length. For contracts in Enterprise Software architecture payment terms increase to 55 to 60 dollars per hour. Contracts expected to go more then 12 months in length we need a deposit of 2,000 up front and then rate for project per hour begins. Client will receive a itemized bill every two weeks payment is expected 48 hours after invoice is received by client. After 48 hours and payment has not been received by Sirrah Development Inc work on project will be postponed.
