Throughout consumer research, I have been searching for insights and ways in which brands, products and services could tap into people's needs.

I create research design, make surveys and personality statements, collect data and then analyse and interpret them. I am experienced in doing on and off-line ethnography, focus groups, in-depth interviews and workshops.
