Suzanne is a clear thinker and writer with good analytical skills. She was successful in taking somewhat complicated material and boiling it down to make it understandable, even though she lacked deep expertise in the subject area. From my perspective, her first draft didn't follow the specific style that we asked for, but she quickly and accurately remedied this, delivering exactly what was asked for. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Suzanne again for a similar project. From Suzanne's perspective, the directions we provided could have been more clear. (A criticism we have not heard from the many other writers we have contracted who have found our instructions perfectly clear.) We went to great effort to provide documentation, samples, and even to have a "training call" to explain exactly what we were looking for. But, we accept her criticism and will work to be even more clear in the future.
