Sonoran Consulting & Finance grew out of two family businesses that included our family tax planning and preparation service begun in 1982, We developed our businesses and plans internally and prepared family personal and business tax forms for those family owned businesses with over $5 million in yearly sales.
We began offering our ACCOUNTING and TAX SERVICES to the public in 2006. We offer Tax advice, and form preparation for personal and business tax form preparation and e-filing for individuals, and small to medium sized businesses. We are an IRS Authorized e-file provider of all tax forms (Personal, Sole-prop, LLC partnership, S Corp., C Corp., 1099's, and W-2s). We work in all States and with any foreign nationals needing to file US tax forms.
We also offer BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and Planning or Valuation services that may include business, plans.
Other services offered are PAYROLL SERVICES starting at $3 per month, plus $4 for each employee BOOKKEEPING SERVICES for small to medium sized businesses with rates starting at $60 per month using our Excel spreadsheet forms to keep it simple for small business owners without an understanding accounting.
Beginning 2018 we began offering financial loan services to businesses starting at $3,000, and helping you to obtain commercial loans (including SBA loans) with document preparation from $75K and higher.
