(Message to the Employers : Please allow employees to work for 2 hours per day (10 hours per week) or Part time / Half-time (20 hours per week) or Full Time (40 hours per week) if you can offer it, because it will allow the company to have more employees and also it helps the company to have multiple people to support the same job with the same level of expenses to the company to avoid “A disaster plan that includes flexible and remote work options can help a company recover from emergencies and keep the company in business (It is called COB - continuity of a business),” and in other side with the same cost to the company so it will stop more unemployment and this helps the person who really needs a bread & butter just to run their life, so it is only a request not a demand to the Employers).
Right now I have a request to place, that I am looking for a 2 hours to 4 hours / day job with a flexible time zone and I can work on weekends too if I am allowed. So I request to consider my application, then if you think that you can place multiple people for the same role with 2hours or 4 hours/day as you can offer couple of people with the same level of CTC then it will help the company in Continuity of Business instead to rely on one person who will work for 8 hours/day on the same price.
