I am a highly accomplished CFO focused on understanding and improving financial results. During my Career I have managed the acquisition and sale of multiple businesses, selected and implemented ERP systems, led companies through their first audited financials, established the cash management and financial infrastructure needed to support rapid growth and written and negotiated the business components for key contracts.

Several of the companies that I have worked with have been sold yielding multimillion dollar gains for the owners. Others have once failing business units now contributing significant profits to their business. These results were achieved by understanding the key performance metrics for the business and focusing on the details that effect those metrics.
