I was having an issue with my Windows Server 2008 installation, and wrestled with it for days. I reached out to Steve and within hours he emailed me with his phone number. I called him and we discussed the problem. We did a remote access session and he correctly diagnosed the root cause of the issue within 2 minutes. Literally. Then, he ran a test case and proved the solution we had in mind would work. The next morning we applied the solution and it worked immediately. Steve was absolutely excellent, and is my new Go-To IT guy for Windows Server and SQL issues. I recommend him without hesitation.
