The foundations of my work experience are built on small businesses - places where I was hired for one thing and learned twenty others along the way. That's been invaluable to not only my skills, but the way I think about the work that I do. If I can do it, I'm there. If I can't, I'll either learn how to or find someone that already can.

My skillset covers everything from customer service and order entry to payroll to ad and email campaigns to content creation and website maintenance. I do a lot of writing from romances to informative ebooks to training manuals.

I have used quite a few software packages and online tools, and learn new ones quickly. Always open to learning new things.
