Work Terms
PROJECT MANAGEMENT STYLE
• We assign a dedicated project leader who acts as a point of contact for one and all of your projects.
• The project leaders are available to you using Skype and Google Hangout during the business hours and on cellphone during emergencies.
• We use SAPMS portal, a project management tool developed by us and used by many for communicating and collaborating with the client and the client’s team.
• We prefer to use AGILE Development style with fortnightly or monthly sprints depending upon the size of the project.
• You get realtime updates of the status of different tasks using SAPMS portal and can share your concerns in realtime.
HOURS OF OPERATION
• We normally work from 9AM to 7.30PM IST (Indian Standard Time)
• Upon prior scheduled appointments our Project Leaders are available from 6AM to 1AM IST
• For emergency support we are available 24x7
PAYMENT TERMS
• We prefer to use Guru.com Safepay / Escrow for all our projects.
• For fixed quote projects less than USD.3000/- :
o 100% project amount is to be escrowed upfront
o No payments to be released upfront
o 50% amount to be released on first working demo
o 30% amount to be release on fixing of all reported bugs
o 20% to be released before code hand over and deployment to production.
• For fixed quote projects more than USD.3000/- :
o 20% or USD.1000/- (whichever is bigger) to be released upfront
o 70% to be released in parts based on mutually agreed milestones
o 10% to be released before code hand over and deployment to production.
• For Hourly chargeable basis projects :
o A week’s payment for the agreed team is to be escrowed at the start of the week and released at the end of week’s work reported.
• For Dedicated Resource Model :
o A month’s charges are to be escrowed upfront.
o A fortnight’s payment is to be made upfront before the start of a month.
o Balance payment is to be released at the end of the month.
