Payment Terms :Based on project requirement and understanding. Generally deferred over multiple milestones across the project life cycle.
Communication Methodology:
We will provide Project Management System which gives you an option to communicate directly with the programmer. You can send direct messages, directions, and updates to the programmer without any inter-mediator.
Delivery Process:
Design and Programming Projects (Full Web Application involving Database):
1. Business Team hands over the project to Technical Analysis Team.
2. Business Analyst | Project Manager will make a call to discuss about your project and requirement.
3. Business Analyst initiates a Discovery Phase with client during which complete scope, specifications and proposed functionality of the project is documented and approved by the client so that there is little ambiguity over the deliverable.
4. Lead Designer creates the design comps and on approval of design comps a complete HTML Wireframe of the application is developed
5. Complete Application/Portal is divided into modules, tasks, weekly milestones and delivered with Agile methodology.
6. Testing and QA of each deliverable on several devices and platforms.
