- 20% as 2nd. Term
- 20% as 3rd. Term
- 10% on Final Approval

For DEVELOPMENT Project of $500 & above (100% Funded via Escrow):
- 15% Advance via SAFEPAY
- 30% on Design Completion
- 20% on Admin completion
- 20% on Front-end functionality completion
- 15% post UAT & before making LIVE
