Vickie is very professional. We had a misunderstanding regarding the scope of our project and once it was cleared up she very quickly suggested ways to improve for the future and offered to reduce the hours she would be paid to make up the difference. Because of her prompt attention and professionalism we chose not to adjust the payment and really appreciated the good work she did.
