Work Terms
Each design has two revisions. If there are more than two revisions per page or template design there will be a charge of $55.00 an hour to do the work when there is a per project fee. Additional requested work (additional pages to website, newsletters, business cards, animations…etc.) not included in this estimate will be billed at $55.00 an hour or estimated and price agreed upon by both said parties.
PRODUCTION SCHEDULE/DELIVERY OF PROJECT
USD (Within three (3) days of project completion, before the final work files are given to client)
Revisions, changes, feedback, and acceptance of work are preferred in EMAIL format within three (3) days of submission.
The client will assume any shipping or insurance costs related to the project. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon approval with the client. The designer shall not incur any liability or penalty for delays in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of the designer. If such event(s) occur, it shall entitle the designer to extend the completion/delivery date, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.
Initial meetings or calls are complimentary but any additional phone calls or in person meetings to go over work, brainstorm, or consult are billed at $55 an hour and are part of billable hours.
