Tom (Tech Marketing) Levers

A business developer and marketer for companies that range from the most innovative early start-ups to the world’s largest corps.

Tom Levers earned his BA and an MBA marketing.

With a remarkable marketing and sales experience that was built on a Product Marketing Manager at Kraft Foods foundation, Tom was enticed by the technology industry to apply his Marketing / Business Development skills to the software and professional services industry.

Developing an in-depth knowledge of tech and marketing in business, Tom as VP of sales and marketing started Promark Software Testing (the leader in Y2Marketing K software) and sold it to Compuware. Similarly, Tom was recruited to start a product and management consulting services business at Tech Mahindra/Satyam. The result was a global solution to the largest enterprises, such as Caterpillar, General Electric, and Amazon to implement the Six Sigma methodology across their organizations. At Business Layers, a Canaan Partners venture-backed company, Tom built a partner initiative that was key to its' sale to Computer Associates. At Xandros, he pioneered digital marketing and implemented marketing systems for both the Linux Operating System and Microsoft System Center software markets.

Recently as an owner of ProfitOutDo, Tom continued to innovate with digital marketing touch points for this Software-as-a-Service Artificial Intelligence start-up designed for the Convenience Retail Store markets. At ProfitOutDo his Digital Marketing Strategies for Online Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Email, Text, Events, and Digital PR resulted in significant improvement of demand generation, thought leadership and sales.

Now he manages sales and marketing with a very select group of clients from his DigitalLevers (see www.DigitalLeves.com - started in 2017) sales and marketing consulting service.
