About

Korean-English Translator. Fast Worker and a Jill of all Trades. Death Certificate? Legal Disputes? Thesis? I can make any special, odd, or out-of-ordinary translation projects work.

I am a native Korean and I speak English with native fluency.

Briefly about myself: I am superb working under a serious time crunch. I can work FAST, and edit mercilessly when needed. Nothing is too small or too big for me. I get stuff done without being coached on every little thing. My heart is very much in every part of the work that I do, no matter how small. I value my client’s time, effort, and investment and every relationship I discover with them is precious to me.

Because I am not one to turn down unusual or unexpected projects, I have: commuted two hours back and forth to translate on-camera for a small indie film, worked for Korean professors looking to publish in America, tackled a self-help book project in under a week, proofread and translated legal contracts, voice-recorded for a client, and done research to track down a client’s heritage. I have translated documents in the law, business, finance, science, and technology sectors, so I can cover a variety of topics.

I am mainly available for document and email translations, as well as translations that require research, with flexible time and a fast working speed. If you have any project that needs help, or if you need someone on-call to translate small things quickly, please contact me.

Work Terms

I work completely freelance, so my work hours are flexible. If you are in a rush, I'm ready to be up until 5 am making that document translation happen. I also like to finish my work at least a day or two before your intended deadline, so that if we ever need any emergency editing(which is done for free, unless it's a complete re-do), we won't need to panic.
