My specialty is in designing dwelling-houses and select commercial buildings which are much more resistant and resilient to severe events and disaster occurrences, while safeguarding life and reducing threat by giving the occupants more lassitude in sheltering in place, and afterwards, affording a faster recovery and return to normalcy and familiar routine.
I work with individual homeowners desiring to design build. I work with investors/developers who are looking for commercial design. I work with construction contractors who are looking for design services and consultation. My specialty is Insulated Concrete Forms.
Work Terms
M-F, 9-5 pm MST. 25% deposit required to start, if long-term project, billed monthly according to completion percentage. Prefer to be contacted via phone or email.
