Work Terms
Truelogic requests a deposit of 25% of the quoted cost during project start-up and the remaining as per the set milestones, which follows a review of the project by the client. Truelogic tries to keep project delivery time at minimum, but project business concept, work scope and its complexity will determine the final turnaround time.
The contract service agreement between the company and client includes the final proposal having clear deliveries based milestones, Assumptions, support period along with standard business terms.
Payment terms however are subject to negotiation based on nature and size of projects.
