I'm a Sunway University graduate with a BSc (Hons) Biology with Psychology.
Currently, I'm working full-time as a digital marketing specialist cum copywriter in Malaysia. I have also been a freelance content writer and transcriber for the past 3 years and counting!
My past freelance work is usually as a ghostwriter - blog content, general articles, web content with various topics and styles. I charge a minimum of USD0.08/ word for writing tasks.
As for transcription, I specialize in English transcription. However, I can also do transcriptions for Bahasa Melayu, or translate-transcribe for Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin to English.
I am also available for proofreading/ editing/ rewriting work for English and Malay works! :)
Work Terms
I have a full-time job, so I can work for about 20 hours a week. If there's a low workload at work and for my freelance stuff as well, I have more hours available to finish your tasks for you :)
Malay or English transcription:
USD2 per minute (no exact timestamps available)
I transcribe between 30-60 minutes a day.
Malay / Chinese translate-and-transcribe into English:
USD3 per minute. (no exact timestamps available)
I can translate and transcribe about 30-45 minutes a day.
English articles (blog content, e-books, general writing)
USD0.08 per word, or USD80 per 1000 words.
I can write about 2K to 3K words a day depending on the topic assigned.
Rewriting/ Proofreading/ Editing:
USD0.05 per word from original article
I can usually process about 3-4K words daily for this task.
