- international freight forwarding,
- warehousing and inventory management, Amazon FBA or with multiple locations on the East and West Coast
- outbound and Inbound domestic distribution, be it Truckload, Flatbeds, Intermodal, Tankers, LTL, etc.
- Renewal of Annual small package contracts with FedEx, UPS, etc. based on your annual volumes
- 3PL selection for businesses for direct customer distribution or to Amazon
From the perspective of streamlining the operations, based on sales and ordering forecast, have built more than 20 models for companies [majority of them on eCommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon); who have Gross sales of more than $10 million per annum, and these models cover aspects from
- Data mapping, cleaning, and validation of information across multiple channels
- Defining inventory and purchasing trends,
- Demand Forecasting
- Forecast Ordering across multiple channels
- Inventory and Safety stock level [Buffer Stock]
- Re-order Point with dates, quantities, etc.
- sales % distribution per SKU across one or multiple sale channels
- Fulfillment % distribution across one or multiple centers
