William Rennie Butler is a graduate of Westwood College specializes in an Associates in AutoCAD and Architectural Design. This education has allowed many opportunities for William Rennie Butler within the Washington D. C. Working with an established hair stylist that had aspirations of a facility on the newly developed Washington Harbor. She needed some visual ideas that lined up with her vision. Mr. Butler put together some visuals ideas and floor plans that helped push her vision but because of occupancy spacing issues the project ended prematurely.
