Manually Enter Time

While we recommend that you use the Time Tracker tool to track time spent on the job, we also provide you the option to add time manually in case you want to make adjustments.

To manually enter time for jobs on Hourly Payment term:

  1. Click on the job from under the “Jobs” page.
  2. Select the “Track Time” tab.
  3. Select “Add Time.”
  4. Click on the appropriate billing period.
  5. Select “Add Time.”
  6. Enter the hours you want to log.
  7. Click on “Save.”

You can also enter the time from the Status Update page in the WorkRoom.

To manually enter time for jobs on other Payment terms (Fixed Price, Task Based, and Recurring):

  1. Click on the job from under the “Jobs” tab.
  2. Select the “Track Time” tab.
  3. Select “Add Time.”
  4. Select the Freelancer and task you want to add time for.
  5. Enter the hours that you want to log.
  6. Click on “Save.”

Note:

  • For Hourly Payment terms, the time entered manually is billable.
