I'm working on a roguelike memory deckbuilder game for PC which is highly influenced by the game Balatro. (Mainly for PC, I might consider mobile later). Cat emotes are made by another artist. There are a few more assets like Curios that are placeholders and they are going to get replaced by the same artist. So, all I need is to rework the UI and UX.
I don't want the game to look like a mobile game. So I'm looking for people that actually has at least some experience with PC games. If I have to explain this bit more, there is a generic look of a mobile game in everyone's portfolio, and PC gamers do have an eye for it and most of them get irritated/bored of seeing the same look. I want the game to look unique and stand out.
It's likely that we'll be going for a fairly flat style but I'm open to suggestions.
