I am a mental health counselor and Hip Hop artist from Chicago professionally known as 85MAY$ and I recently recorded/completed my first album (PATHOLOGY) at Gravity Studios.
I'm looking for a graphic/visual artist who considers themselves to be a fan of real Hip Hop/Rap to create the album design (front/back cover + vinyl/cd label) and bring my vision for its basic layout to life.
I would like the cover to resemble a movie poster; the title will be 85MAY$ Presents PATHOLOGY. The image on the cover will be my face with half (or a significant portion) removed revealing a metallic skull underneath (think Terminator). The basic style should be 80's influenced and dissimilar from what one might see on a movie poster today (see references for example).
