We are looking for an experienced architect draftsman with a passion for innovation and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in modular home design and expertise in creating 3D render walkthroughs using AI-based platforms like AI House (or similar).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft modular homes with flexibility and sustainability in mind.
- Create detailed blueprints and architectural plans.
- Produce high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs to showcase design concepts.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in architectural drafting and modular home design.
- Proficiency in 3D rendering software (AI House or similar platforms).
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural designs and 3D renders.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices is a plus.
