Need help with something like below, must know powershell:

1. Set Up Azure Monitor and Log Analytics Workspace

Configure the runbook details, including the Automation account and runbook name.

In the Monitor pane, select Alerts and then New alert rule.
Define the scope by selecting the resource you want to monitor.
Set the condition to trigger when a new resource is created.
Under Actions, select the action group you created earlier.

Navigate to your Azure Automation account.
Select Runbooks and click Create a runbook.
Provide a name, select PowerShell as the runbook type, and create the runbook.
