Build a local LLM and Train

I would like 1 on 1 help building a local LLM and training it.
Contractor will be asked to provide live remote support and guide me through the skills I need to build and train a local LLM. I am a beginner in this field, vast background in computing.

Contractor will require skills and experience:

Ubuntu / Linux
Llama 3 versions
Pytorch cuda
Huggingface 
Good English skills
Patience of a saint
