Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong focus on Clixlo to streamline our marketing processes immediately. You will be responsible for building and optimizing marketing automation workflows, integrating communication tools, and ensuring our Clixlo platform is fully operational for two SaaS companies. Your role will be pivotal in driving email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other automated processes, ensuring that our marketing efforts are seamless and highly effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Clixlo System Setup and Optimization:
- Import, segment, and manage customer data within the Clixlo platform.
- Configure and manage CRM systems for optimal performance.
- Implement and oversee full automation on email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other processes.
Automation Workflows and Campaign Management:
- Develop, set up, and optimize comprehensive marketing automation workflows.
- Integrate and manage email, WhatsApp, and SMS tools within Clixlo.
- Design, execute, and optimize personalized messaging campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels to nurture leads and engage customers.
Team Training and Support:
- Train team members on using Clixlo effectively.
- Provide continuous support to ensure Clixlo's potential is fully utilized.
