I'm seeking a small, dedicated team to manage our multifaceted marketing initiatives. As a small real estate investment firm, we have a range of platforms and activities that require regular attention.
Important Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Overseeing our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. This includes regular posts, engagement with followers, and strategizing to increase our reach and impact.
- Content Creation: Developing engaging and relevant content for our various platforms. This will primarily involve creating graphics and drafting emails and social media posts.
- Event Promotion: Assisting in the promotion of our regular events. This will involve crafting and disseminating promotional materials and leveraging our social media platforms to maximize attendance.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design and social media strategy.
- Experience in content creation and event promotion.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry would be a plus.

- A new video that was uploaded
- push it out to the different list/outlets.
- Send pre-set promotion email every 3 months to a specific list/s
- When we have an event, email, and SM it to through the different channels.
