Concept to Build Drawings & CNC Files

We’re looking for a talented drafting or design-for-fabrication specialist to bring our SketchUp concepts to life as clear, build-ready drawings and CNC files. Our work spans live events, touring shows, and immersive installations, and we’re after someone who can jump in immediately, with potential for ongoing collaboration across multiple projects.

What You’ll Do:
Take conceptual SketchUp (.SKP) models and translate them into detailed workshop drawings (plans, elevations, sections, materials, dimensions)
Prepare CNC-ready files (.DXF/.NC) for routing or laser cutting, with accurate layers and labelling
Ensure all outputs are practical, efficient to build, and production-ready
Work closely with our design team to interpret creative intent while optimising for fabrication
What We’re Looking For:
Strong skills in SketchUp + AutoCAD (or similar CAD/CAM software)
Solid understanding of real-world fabrication and materials (timber, ply, acrylics, aluminium, scenic finishes, etc.)
Experience drafting for event, exhibition, theatre, or themed-environment builds
Attention to detail, organised file management, and quick turnaround capability

Deliverables:
Build drawings (PDF + DWG/DXF)
CNC files ready for production
