Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating costs for both residential and commercial construction projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:  

- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.  

- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project requirements.  

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates.  

- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for accurate estimating.  

- Maintain and update a database of costs for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.  

- Prepare and submit bid proposals, ensuring compliance with all regulations and client requirements.  

- Review and adjust estimates based on project changes or unforeseen circumstances.  

- Provide support during the bid review and contract negotiation processes.


Qualifications: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.  

- Must have experience in construction estimating for residential and commercial projects.  

- Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.  

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.  

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
