Content/Copy - Traffic Manager (Freelance)
About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail obsessed Content/Copy Traffic Manager to ensure the efficiency, transparency and productivity of the Content & Copy Team within the Creative Studio.
Our Content & Copy Team within the Creative Studio provides best in class solutions to a variety of stakeholders within our business from Legal, Lifecycle, Product and PR, to Performance and Brand teams.
In this role, you will:
Become the main point of contact of the Content & Copy Team, responsible for international and local projects and campaigns.
Own the JIRA ticketing system, managing all incoming tickets and assignments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all requirements/needs are provided and that they are kept updated as to the status of their project(s).
Ensure that all content briefs are fit for purpose and contain all required information for the team to effectively handle the task (due dates, specs, platforms, etc.).
Drive and manage the allocation of resources within the Content & Copy Team to ensure that we drive efficiency of team members and projects.
Work closely with our Transcreation Workflow Expert to ensure smooth flow of localization processes
Assist and manage Content & Copy processes to ensure a smooth workflow is in place.
Assist with the outsourcing of projects to freelancers and 3rd parties.
Consistently communicate with Content & Copy team members to assess project progress/completion, as well as Creative Operations and the Creative Studio
What you need to be successful:
You have previous experience of working in an agency or creative environment.
Previous project management experience.
You are cool-headed and able to work under pressure.
You have a clear understanding of Content formats and their goals
You easily get along with multiple stakeholders and know how to prioritise projects in a fast paced environment
You possess a solid understanding of the needs of design and marketing and design teams
Production experience and a keen understanding of the creative process.
