Description:
We are looking to hire experienced Content Specialists and Subject Matter Experts to create detailed content for a series of online, self-paced training videos. These videos will be used for onboarding contractors, tenants, and stakeholders in sustainability practices. The ideal candidates will have expertise in areas such as sustainable construction, waste management, circular economy, and corporate sustainability guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and informative content for online self-paced training videos.
- Collaborate with video production teams to ensure content is aligned with video scripts and visuals.
- Provide key insights on sustainability practices, including sustainable materials, waste management, energy, water usage, carbon emissions, and reporting.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the latest guidelines and best practices in sustainability.
- Customize content for different audiences such as contractors, corporate tenants, suppliers, and community managers.
Training Topics:
- Sustainable Built Environment: Focus on sustainable materials, waste management, worker welfare, health, and safety (20-minute video).
- Sustainability Guidelines for Corporate Tenants: Covering energy, water, waste, carbon emissions, and event guidelines (20-minute video).
- Waste Management and Circular Economy: Explaining waste practices and Expo City Dubai-specific guidelines (30-minute video).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sustainability, real estate, construction, or waste management.
- Strong research and writing skills, particularly for training and educational materials.
- Ability to create engaging and easy-to-understand content for various audiences.
- Familiarity with online self-paced learning and video-based content is a plus.
Duration & Commitment:
- The duration of each content creation task will vary depending on the subject matter and video length.
