Corporate Attorney - Simple Agreement for Future Equity “SAFE”
I am preparing to launch a small startup under www.IP4PROS.COM that offers an advanced AI-based SaaS product designed to assist patent practitioners in drafting patent applications more efficiently and cost-effectively.
The development of the product has been self-funded, and I plan to approach the initial seed round investment using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) mechanism to help launch and market the product.
I have a draft copy of the SAFE agreement prepared through OpenAI resources. I am seeking an experienced business or corporate attorney, familiar with SAFE, to review and finalize the required documents for presentation to potential investors at an attractive valuation.
