  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner; available to take inbound calls 90% of the workday
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  •  Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Researching required information using available resources
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Providing customers with the service and product information
  • Processing orders; sending invoices and statements to customers
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to supervisors and management
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM
  • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken in CRM
