I have a React App at https://mars.cards/ and I need a developer experienced in WebGL and React to help build out an interactive map where users will be able to pan and zoom and highlight different equipment and vehicles in the colony. We will also need to grab user data via AtomicAssets REST API and display which parts of the colony users own once they log in. It should work on all major browsers and across desktop and mobile. I am wanting to use WebGL for performance in rendering larger textures, but I am open to other suggestions.

This would be a part-time, task based role. This project is ideal for someone who has extensive experience with WebGL and works in the industry, but wants something fun to do on the side & make some extra cash. This is an NFT project, so I am happy to discuss blockchain-based payment if that is preferred.

We will work from a Trello board, and determine weekly tasks and deadlines. The project will launch at the end of April, so we would need to wrap up development by Mid April. I am front-end developer with experience in React, so we would be working together to finish the site.

There might be a few minor additional tasks such as helping QA different parts of the website, and possibly helping migrate the site from Godaddy to Heroku at some point (and possibly integrating with Docker). We can discuss specifics before we start the job so expectations are clear.

This is the first phase of the colony project, so I would like to find someone who likes the Mars-theme and is interested in continuing part time work on this project for future releases. This would involve updating the map to include larger colony expansions, and adding some more interactive features in the future. ... Show more
