**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team and drive our social media presence for both OnePoof and OnePixel, with a primary focus on OnePoof. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong online community. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze social media metrics to enhance our brand's visibility and engagement.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Content Creation & Management:** Develop and implement a content strategy across all social media platforms tailored to our brand voice and audience engagement.

- **Community Engagement:** Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive and interactive environment.

- **Campaign Development:** Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our products, including giveaways, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.

- **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement and reach.

- **Trend Monitoring:** Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.

- **Collaborative Projects:** Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.

- **Paid Social Advertising:** Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to target new customers and retain existing ones.


**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

- Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) and social media management tools.

- Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Creative mindset with a passion for the beauty and home decor industries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.


**Desirable:**

- Experience working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.

- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
